JAECANO's after-sales service is very complete and the process is very simple. If you receive the product and it does not match the picture or has quality problems, you only need to send an email to customer@jaecano.com or contact our social media account. We will handle it for you immediately within 24 hours.
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without contacting us. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please do so within 10 days of delivery date. (Please note that if it has been more than 10 days and we have not received your return, we will not be able to accept your return.)

About exchange
It is our pursuit and persistence to make customers feel comfortable and fit when wearing our products.
All products under the JAECANO brand can provide customers with size replacement services within 7 days from the actual date of receipt, provided that the tags are not removed and secondary sales are not affected.
Customers can first contact our social media account or email customer@jaecano.com to communicate, and our customer service will assist you in changing the size, and then you can send the goods back to JAECANO. In order to provide better quality and more reasonable selling prices, the profit margin of our products is Weibo. Therefore, if there is no quality problem and the size is changed, the shipping fee will be borne by you.
About returns
Please inform us via email at customer@jaecano.com which item you wish to return and the reason for the return. For returns due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We may not be able to accept returns if the product has not been returned or if the condition of the product has deteriorated due to an incident during return shipping.
Refund instructions
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Replacement products for defective products etc.
