Return and Refund Policy

Return Period You may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• We do not accept returns for washed, worn, or damaged items
• Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are not eligible for return (unless otherwise required by law)

Return Process

1. Please contact us via email at customer@jaecano.com or through customer service to request a return authorization
2. Once you receive return authorization, please pack the item securely and send it back to the designated address
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Terms

• For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, we will provide a full refund
• For returns due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the refund amount will be deducted for credit card processing fees and shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility
• Refund amounts do not include original shipping fees (except for defective products)

Exchange Service If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please send the item back to our after-sales warehouse. Once the warehouse verifies the item, we will arrange to send you the new item. For non-quality issues, round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
