Can I return/refund my product?
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without contacting us. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please do so within 10 days of delivery date. (Please note that if it has been more than 10 days and we have not received your return, we will not be able to accept your return.)
【About refund】The refund amount is the product price (excluding shipping costs). If you do not pay shipping costs when shipping your product, shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded product price.・For customers who paid by credit card, refunds will be processed through re-calling or cancellation fees. (Changes may last until the next month based on card company deadlines and card processing dates and times.) - Refunds for customers who paid in cash will be transferred to a designated account. If the product I receive does not match the picture or has quality issues, can I return it?
Of course, JAECANO's after-sales service is very complete, and the process is very simple. If you receive the product and it does not match the picture or has quality problems, etc., you only need to send an email to customer@jaecano.com , or contact our social media account. We will handle it for you immediately within 24 hours.

All products under the JAECANO brand can provide customers with size replacement services within 7 days from the actual date of receipt, provided that the tags are not removed and secondary sales are not affected.
Customers can first contact our JAECANO online customer service or email customer@jaecano.com to communicate. Our customer service will assist you in changing the size, and then you can send the goods back to JAECANO. In order to provide better quality and more reasonable selling prices, the profit margin of our products is Weibo. Therefore, if there is no quality problem and the size is changed, the shipping fee will be borne by you.

I want to cancel the order
As a general sales principle, orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at customer@jaecano.com. However, even within the cancellation period, we may not be able to accept cancellations once the items are packed and ready for shipment.
