●After sending the delivery email, the ordering process is completed.
●Time from order to delivery
Order - Shipping: 2-5 working days.
Shipping - Arrival: 3-5 working days, different countries and regions may vary depending on distance.
●Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday. Also, we do not work on orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
●After shipment is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number via your email address.

About returns and exchanges
